What is the minimum order?
Wholesale ships in case quantities โ minimum one case. Exact case counts and current contract pricing come with your quote, usually the same day. Anything smaller: Amazon with Prime, including multi-packs.
How fast is delivery?
Boards ship from US stock. Lead time is confirmed per order size in the quote; single-case orders typically move within days.
How do we pay? Do you offer terms?
Invoice with bank transfer or card. Net terms are a conversation after the first completed order โ we're honest about being a growing brand that ships reliably first and extends credit second.
What documentation can you provide?
Independent lab reports with report numbers (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 โ TST20230980201-8EN; German LFGB โ TST20230980201-7EN; EU BPA 2018/213 โ TST20230980201-6EN; Covestro REACH declaration), a one-page technical sheet, and W-9 on request.
Is the board NSF certified?
No โ and we won't imply otherwise. Our food-contact testing is FDA and LFGB with published report numbers. NSF/ANSI 2 certification is on our roadmap as we scale into distribution.
When do we get contract pricing vs. retail?
Contract pricing (up to 25% below retail for operators, wholesale pricing for resellers) follows qualification โ a successful pilot for operators, volume commitment for resellers. We don't discount on hello; we discount on fit.
